publish in other formats: EPUB, FB2, etc #3

PDF is not always convenient, please provide other formats

Hi @venil7 - Mind taking this .epub file for a spin? I don't have a separate physical e-reader to test it on. It doesn't look perfect, but looking to see if it's good enough.

GitHub won't let me upload the .epub file directly, so it had to be zipped.
