SecuritySettings #283

I cant go pass Login page. No errors or access denied, it does redirect me when I try to brows directly to another page "http://opserver/login?ReturnUrl=%2fAbout". My SecuritySettings.config is set to: Security Settings provider="alladmin" . Any ideas?

it works, probably didn't close current browser after made the changes to config file
