Country code is truncated from Pager Duty tab #336

I have a phone number with a non-US country code configured in Pager Duty. The rest of my team is on US country codes:

As a result my phone number in opserver's Pager Duty is incorrect. It does not show the country code, which means that you cannot call me with the number displayed:

The correct display would be +61 439 xxx xxx

This is fixed in latest - not for everyone but country code + phone is universal and US and some AU cases are prettier...the library weight of the current formatters is insane, but will revisit that after .NET Core.
