.NET 6.0 Upgrade #401

Opening a PR because I'm not in a position to test here, hoping some others can give it a go on .NET 6. The biggest question marks are the WebClient switches.

@NickCraver have been running for a little over a week without issue so far.

Found the dockerfile to be broken + few issues in the docs. Have submitted a PR here: https://github.com/opserver/Opserver/pull/403

@benjimac93 hmm docker build is unhappy here but on another thing today (thanks for the update and info it's working!) I'll try and take a peek at this later on /cc @devblackops @m0sa .NET 6.0 goodness here if y'all wanna take for a spin, gets Opserver on an LTS.
