Do not send any data when HTTP body is nil #6

This resolves the problems identified in Issue #5, at least for the -start directive.

I've implemented this updated code in our environment, and I can confirm that all of our heartbeats are working correctly.

We use the -start and -stop switches, but not the -send switch, so I didn't test that one.
