remove !RANCID-CONTENT-TYPE from templates #14

!RANCID-CONTENT-TYPE: arista should be removed from the templates. For example here: https://github.com/opsmill/infrahub-demo-dc-fabric-develop/blob/de694cb9db58a15f09c06e97c3b7c68dc0ebd3c8/templates/device_arista_config.tpl.j2#L29
