generate Containerlabs topology artifact #23

The following code will generate a containerlab artifact. What changed:

Automatic topology generation
modified model slightly (add containerlab_os field)
updated .devcontainer to newest standards
add jinja2 topology transformer
artifact for topology
add a summary group for topologies
updated version of infrahub to 0.13.0

Can we resolve the merge conflict and rebase the branch on main?

LGTM. The major thing is probably the conflict and rebasing the branch and checking with @BeArchiTek and @petercrocker if we want the topologies to be prepopulated.

Removed the auto generation of the topology.
Added short README
Moved topology summary group into basic.py
Added script to pull containerlabs artifacts / startup config artifacts
Rebased
