Remove peer links between spine #7

For me, a key element that defines an IP Fabric is the absence of peer links between the spines. it works with 2 spines but it's not practical once we have 4 or more

I think we should remove the links between the spines

Yeah it’s need only on a basic layer 2 fabric

easy to cleanup, I will do it
