Multiple fixes for hierarchical tree + empty / loading states in the app

[pa-lem]

• Fixes the hierarchical tree to correctly open on initial state
• Correctly loads the tree on branch switch
• Adds an empty state if the kind is unknown
• Adds loading state when loading schema
• Fixes the header if the object id is not found
• Updates edit + manage groups icon to remove the text
• The tree is full height
