Documentation of the tone() and noTone() functions. #163

These are being added to Arduino 0018, and I need to document them.

I have some examples for this  you can use, here:

Let me know when you're happy with the API and I will port them to the arduino 
site.

From Michael Margolis: "The documentation should mention that if Servo library 
functionality is required on an 
ATmega 8/168/328 then only a single tone can be used. The 1280 should  be ok 
with with up to three tone 
calls."
