Error when trying to access settings of plugin: unable to get local issuer certificate #10

I'm running a test server on my computer with WAMP, and the plugin outputs this error when I'm attempting to access settings

Fixed this issue by using the following fix: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/28858351/php-ssl-certificate-error-unable-to-get-local-issuer-certificate
