MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error: 1048 - Column 'fid1' cannot be null Query: UPDATE mybb_userfields SET fid1=NULL WHERE ufid = 4

Disable the mod completely and re-enable it. That should fix the setup.
