Ford auto-doc setup #42

This is a pull request for Ford auto-documentation.

I've used od2od as an example. We can document the code as we go.

A few thoughts:

  1. I'm assuming we don't want to check in the auto-docs it makes.
  2. Githhub.pages might allow us to host the generated html -- what were your thoughts @jryates ?
