I have added some relevant badges as mentioned in issue #11

Check to be made before PR

[ ] Does the code result in any run time error? If yes then describe the error and the steps to reproduce it below.
[ ] Written tests for the changes you made.
[ ] Formatted the code with default configuration of Prettier code formatter.

The issue was not linked I saw you tried to do it but GitHub did not detect that. I manually linked the issue. And I will be reviewing your changes and merging it on Feb 1 according to the event rules.

Comment on the issue feed that "assign me the issue" so that the issue can be assigned to you as per the rules of the event
