OPTICKS-761 - Add a visual sharpen tool #146

Add a slider/wheel to sharpen the display of the image. This should only affect the display of the data, not the actual data. This is not pan sharpening, but a high pass filter. The amount of sharpen should be easily adjustable in real time using a slider/wheel widget.

Original Issue: OPTICKS-761 Status: Deferred Feature Interpretation: BEGIN SRS (1)(D,I) Opticks shall provide a user accessible feature to visually sharpen the display of raster data in a raster layer. The feature shall provide an easily accessible widget to adjust the amount of sharpening. The feature shall provide an easily accessible way for the user to turn off image sharpening and pass through the image display data. (2)(I) The image sharpening feature shall use a high-pass filter to sharpen the display image and shall not make any modifications to the actual raster data. END SRS
