Main features added, modified or fixed:

OBJ Wavefront format support
new block to manage refinement of surface meshes RefineGeometry
variable support radius in Radial Basis Function manipulator block (MRBF)
new SelectFIeld block introduced to substitue SwitchField block (removed)
enhanced cmake search for dependencies
minor fixing and enhancements
