@davidkedz , this was work that Azfar did earlier this year. I think it would be good to port some of the functionality - specifically, the performSensitivityAnalysis over, as well as returning the parset in the makeManualCalibration() function call.
Setting it as low priority, that can be judged after the current calibration revision is in place, but including here for consideration.
