@robynstuart this should fix https://trello.com/c/KafXmOeK/812-issue-1613-cost-function-error. however, note that the way the cost stuff is defined in that project is pretty bung -- some values are missing and others have many decimal points (FE requires integer cost & coverage). so just with this PR, the cost function graph still doesn't display, but if you fix these problems with the project, then it does.
