Transient failure of new project when you try to do Run scenarios

To replicate the problem:

• Log into athena.
• Select Concentrated example from the demo project drop-down menu.
• Go to the Scenarios page
• Click on the green "Run scenarios" button.

The following stack trace appears:

AttributeError: 'Parscen' object has no attribute 'progsetname'

• Uncheck and recheck the first scenario.
• Click "Run scenarios" again. This time it works.

I think George made the card initially, I have never observed this.

I think maybe this was only happening using the old demo projects (e.g. "Concentrated example"). The new demo projects work fine.
