Transient failure of new project when you try to do Run scenarios #1693

To replicate the problem:

@georgechadderdon1 @robynstuart do either you know if this card is still valid? i can't reproduce

I think George made the card initially, I have never observed this.

I think maybe this was only happening using the old demo projects (e.g. "Concentrated example"). The new demo projects work fine.
