Add a parameter option for forcing the x axis to have only integer values when plotting.
Needed as an option as FE plotting breaks badly if forceintegerxaxis = True (every year gets included on the axis and this is unreadable), but BE plotting has 2014.25 type values if forceintegerxaxis=False (previous behaviour).
