Bump the version number to 0.6.0.
~Avoid Ax 0.4.0 until we fix breaking changes.~ (Not needed now that #206 is merged)

Looks like Ax just had a new release. We'll have to fix that first.

Edit: I'll just avoid the latest Ax version for the moment. There are some non-trivial issues to fix before we can support it.
