fix: Renaming optimizely json to OptimizelyJSON #226

Summary

Renamed all references of a class from OptimizelyJson to OptimizelyJSON.
OptimizelyJSON in .netStandard20 was under entity, while in other projects it was at root. Fixed it.

Test plan

All unit tests and FSC tests must be passed.

Oh and you'll need to fx it in the testapp too for FSC

lgtm, lol I bet this was just a 1-click Visual Studio refactor

hahah... not one click but major portion I did it. There is nothing to fix in testapp, but adding one more commit related to OptimizelyJSON and updating summary.
