fix (React SDK): README: Add clarification about user availability in descendants of Op… #34

Add clarification in README.md about how it's not necessary to provide user ID and attributes on every SDK call (the ones passed to OptimizelyProvider are automatically shared in all descendants). Also fixes a few other small issues in README.md.
