Not seeing FixedBy in results

Using klar 2.3.0 Clair: v2.0.6 (via clair-local-scan)

I'm not seeing this field in the results for both json and non-json output.

KLAR_TRACE=1 JSON_OUTPUT=1 CLAIR_ADDR=0.0.0.0 ./klar python:3.6-slim | jq .

Could this be a v1 vs v3 thing? It looks like klar tries to run both versions but not sure if this is available in v1.
