What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create new page
2. hit enter
3. hit tab for indenting
note: go one line up and hit tab, indenting works now, but never for the last
line.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
