Set up this repo as a code archive to make collaboration easier #77

Hello,

In the vein of PR #50, this is an updated attempt to set ESNG "official" repo as an updated code archive ready for collaboration in order to make external contributions an easier process.

It consists of the unzipped ESNG XPI file downloaded on addon.thunderbird.com, v.3.8.11 (dated July, 3, 2023) with slight update of the README.md regarding the ongoing changes.

Great initiative. Setting up this git repo for collaboration (and then cleaning the issues list) would be very positive.
