Before the major (TB78?) rewrite, I used to rely on Nostalgy matching rules against the given folder and all subfolders. I'm willing to accept that that was accidental and not by design, but now to support it I either have to leave the matching folder blank (and always have it match) or add a new rule for each subfolder.
Not the end of the world, but it'd still nice to be able to have back, even if via a special syntax (like regex folder matching or the interactive shortcuts' “..” glob).
