there is an option to limit character recognition to the mailtab (restrict commands to email tab).It was made for that purpose. Is it activated for you?
ok, it is not working here although it is activated. It seems TB has again changed the way how tab changes are recognised.
For example, a small s in the debug tab triggers the box where you choose the folders. If the option is set, it should not do that
Thank you so much for reaching out with a reply and a question. Yes, that option is checked in the Settings > Completion tab.

just tried the newest version of Nostalgy, and it works on 102.8. My earlier test was on 91.
Which TB version and OS do you use?
Nostalgy moving messages when capitalizing (Shift + [letter]) in another TB tab
Noticing this when adding a new event in a calendar in G-Hub lite. If a capital letter is used in the description or event fields, nostalgy is moving whatever message was last highlighted over in the mail tab. And, it then continues this trigger for each capitalization that matches a nostalgy key combo while writing in the other tab.
For example: "Set Appointment On Monday" will move 4 messages to my folders with the keys Shift-S, Shift-A, Shift-O, and Shift-M.
This happened in a previous version and was fixed. It seems to be back and to have expanded beyond just the Description field. It now happens in the Event title, location, and description fields when typing in the google calendar in the G-Hub lite tab.
