Nostalgy installed but not otherwise visible + configuration empty #241

Hi, I've installed Nostalgy++ 4.1.0 on Thunderbird 115.4.1 in Fedora 38, the plugin appears in the list of installed extensions and displays the information tab after install, but otherwise is not visible at all - no hotkeys work, no status line messages, etc. When opening the config dialog from the list of extensions, the configuration is empty (empty list of rules, empty list of key bindings, all checkboxes not checked) and changes made to the configuration are not saved (for example when I check the statistical prediction, close the dialog and return, it is unchecked).

I've tested this with clean Thunderbird install (deleted ~/.thunderbird) and with Nostalgy++ being the only extension installed, with the same results.

Tracked down to using sequoia-octopus-librnp instead of thunderbird-librnp-rnp in the Fedora distribution. Switching to the default fixes the issue.
