Feature Request: Set as read before moving to a folder #251

It would be great if there could be an option in the settings for this functionality: Before moving an email to a selected folder, set the email as read.

If I want the email or selected block of emails to be "read" before moving, I hit "m" (mark as read) and then use my key for moving ("r" I have assigned for that).

Thank you, that helps. From another plugin I knew, that they had an option in settings for it. It helped because of many emails I have to move each day. But for know, I will use the "m"-key before moving.
