Opening Preferences in Windows 11 at screen resolution 1920x1080 places the buttons off the bottom edge of the screen. The window can't be moved up, and resizing results in the buttons being placed below the bottom border of the window. There is no way to scroll the windows contents in the resized window, so the buttons cannot be accessed.
