The comment seems unrelated to the problem that this script solves.

Description of the changes

Revise the comment based on the counterpart of this code: https://github.com/optuna/optuna-examples/blob/main/quadratic_simple.py#L20.
Address https://github.com/optuna/optuna-examples/pull/216#discussion_r1364969037 since it is a minor issue.
