Add note to Uncheck "Compress G-code?" and "Remove Comments?" in GcodeDriver settings #104

Discord user myrzon found that having these two settings checked causes feeder communication to not work.

We should add a note somewhere in feeder OpenPnP setup to make sure folks don't have this checked (and also that they're using the normal GcodeDriver, not the AsyncGcodeDriver). Here's what the settings look like, correctly configured:
