Added notes about installing stepper driver #131

fixes #129 and I accidentally included fixes #132 which I wanted to be on a separate branch but I fat fingered it.

@sphawes and @lucian151 please check the link I have in the BOM to the data sheet to make sure it's correct. And if you wouldn't mind double-checking that I highlighted the correct driver, that'd be great!

@gabeseltzer your BOM link is correct for the TMC2209 and you highlighted the right one!
