added a note about restarting after adding user to groups for changes to take effect; otherwise got a "serial://ttyACM0 IO Error on reading from the controller." issue on attempting to connect to the LumenPnP controller. Troubleshooted by attempting the same action after running OpenPnP using sudo, which succeeded.
