Bugfix or Enhancement

For the U1 and U2 its a bug and for the USART1 it is a potential enhancement

Description

The footprint of U1 and U2 are layed over each other (not sure if its a display failure from my side or a different pushed design)

Suggested Solution

Replace the larger or the smaller footprint form the design.

Both of the noted design choices are intentional. U1 and U2 are two different packages of the same chip, giving you the option to choose between the two. The staggered footprint for the USART pins create a friction fit, allowing you to plug in a USB-UART converter without any soldering.
