registration begins with a page saying "You must agree to the following" and an "agree" or "cancel" for the forum rules - skipped terms.agreement accordingly

email privacy (display, allow form email, hide)
registration sends an initial random password
passwords are trimmed (#233) - you can have spaces in the input or output, but at the ends they're ignored
