Needs a little research before I'll spec it in the schema, ie. what this field is called in vcard / hcard / rdf and co. I've seen it spelled "company or organization", and the latter is technically just as applicable to companies, (And I could do the "only the words used by the site" thing, but that copout is just feeling more and more like, well, yeah.
