Rename "characters" enum values: hidden => masked, visible => shown #286

This was a really-quick last-minute change, with no issue filed before doing it, because I want to get v0.1.0 out the door, like, today, and this is a minor point that's been bugging me for a few days: password inputs don't have their characters hidden, they have them masked. (If there were no indications that the characters were present at all, like how passwords are entered at the command line, then they would be "hidden".)

Uuugh, the AWS outage today made Circle miss the GitHub hook, so I'm rerunning the test now.
