Docs/screenshots update #87

I'm updating the screenshots to include the new buttons and the lemmatisation functionality. These might need another iteration yet as I took these a while ago.

I'll update the user guide as well to describe the Nisaba installation process and update the references to screenshots.

Here you are, something to critique :) There's room for improvement, so let me know!

Note that the file includes a non-Nisaba button, namely the first one (it's from your Git extension in VS Code). Can probably just crop the image.
