Breadcrumbs not working in word search

1. Go to https://build-oracc.museum.upenn.edu/new/
2. Search for a word (e.g. garlic), click on a result (e.g. hazanum), click on one of the instance sets (e.g. a-za-an-nu-um)
3. Click on the breadcrumbs (e.g. hazanum), get a 404 page

Unclear as of now if it happens also in local deployments or if it's something to do with Apache server.
