Make note popups work on mobile #68

water -> abala -> a-bala -> CBS 3656 o 25 -> line o29 has a 1 at the end of it, hovering gives a popup, but touching (on mobile) doesn't.

If the popups aren't showing at all on mobile, that may be something more specific to your OS or device as I've tested on both iPhone and Android and the popups work but are not centered so you can't see the full content
