Creating a functioning KubeVirt cluster with reasonable defaults must be easy. ocne cluster template should be used for this and needs to support a kubevirt template

Requirements

ocne cluster template --provider kubevirt with a minimal set of arguments must emit a reasonable and functional cluster definition
