Document how to remove module CRs #92

  1. patch the Module CRs to remove the finalizers
  2. remove the CRs
  3. remove the verrazzano-module-operator namespace

There is already a TBD at the end of https://github.com/oracle-cne/ocne/blob/main/doc/experimental/phase2.md
