Fixed critical vulnerabilities #29

Current master branch shows some security vulnerabilities which were caught by the dependabot. This PR includes fixes for all the critical high priority vulnerabilities around :

js-yaml
node-forge
css-loader
isparta-loader

Verify that the Travis CI build succeeds.

Is there any diff in /dist files?

@kolkheang only the map file got updated. In the previous PR commit here : https://github.com/cerner/cerner-smart-embeddable-lib/commit/a05e7b6af0f0798ef6a69d71a37ad7eb63d63471 they were updated. I will run the prepare command before merging this in.
