Fix deps #60

Summary

Recently, we started noticing CI failures due to sinon-test being added as a hard dependency on the latest version of xfc. This pull is meant to remove sinon-test as a dependency since it's meant only for testing purposes.

How soon can we get the new release version? This will be blocking the upcoming Orion release for my team.
