By default, the script installs and sets the UEK as default. If required, you can change the default kernel to the RHCK after the switch is complete.

I can see the value in supporting this option and would accept a PR that allowed it but I agree with Avi that it's not an Issue with the code. If you intended to create the feature then please do reopen and assign the ticket to yourself :)
