convert offline #66

I want you to be able to convert offline using oracle linux iso.

This is almost never going to be possible given how limited the package set on the ISO is. However, I think adding the option to specify a local mirror instead of using yum.oracle.com would be a good addition.

Just the ISO would never be possible because we can't be sure we have enough packages. Only a local mirror would be possible.
