Add support for Rocky Linux 8 #95

If you have Rocky Linux 8 this change will make it possible for you to migrate to Oracle Linux

@crramirez I can confirm we have your OCA. I have sent you an email with details on how that will be processed. In the meantime, it would be great if you could review TESTING.md and perhaps extend the integration tests to include Rocky as well.

OK, the integration tests will take a while. I'll include them in this PR also. Rocky Linux has an official Vagrant box also. https://app.vagrantup.com/rockylinux/boxes/8/versions/4.0.0 I need to install the prerequisites in Windows and make the tests.

If they aren't ready by the time your OCA is finalised, we can always merge them later.

Excellent, I am working in modifying the automated tests, so I'll open another PR soon.
