Package manager missing on 8-slim and 9-slim #53

Neither dnf or yum are installed on 8-slim or 9-slim.

As with the RHEL8/9 slim images, the package manager on those is "microdnf" which has a similar but not exactly the same command syntax (for instance, -y is implied and should not be specified).
